Terms of purchase

In general

1.1
Any agreement regarding the purchase and delivery of registration, etc., between the parties to a contract, is based on the present terms and conditions of sale and delivery.

1.2
SortKaffe Aps (ConferenceCommunicator) only acts as an intermediary entity with the sale of events between the buyer and the responsible organizer.

1.3
The event participant accepts because of the provision under item. 1.2. that it is the responsible organizer who may be regarded as a seller, as any form of complaint and loss relating to a given event must therefore be addressed directly to the responsible organizer.

1.4
Purchase agreement is subject to the general rules of Danish law and can only be considered final when SortKaffe Aps has digitally registered a request for purchase of registration and received payment.

1.5.
Users of the site / Buyer agrees that SortKaffe Aps cannot be held liable for site errors including, but not limited to, errors due to technical interference, virus attacks and crashes.

1.6.
It is the sole responsibility of Users of the site / the Buyer to meet potentiel requirements / Conditions for the purchase of the registration certificate including requirements such as age, attire etc. Such requirements will always appear on the website during the individual event.


2.0
Purchase

2.1.
Buyer accepts upon purchase that these terms and conditions of sale apply to the transaction.

2.2.
Unless otherwise stated, purchases are subject to the general rules of Danish law.

2.3.
For some events, there may be restrictions on the number of registrations that can be acquired per. person / transaction. In this case, this will appear on the website during the event, and SortKaffe Aps reserves the right to correct / reject all orders where the number of subscriptions purchased exceeds the number of registrations that can maximum be obtained per. person.

2.4.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that no mistakes are made before completing an order.

2.5.
SortKaffe Aps does not exchange completed entries/registrations for other events.

2.6.
SortKaffe Aps reserves the right to cancel issued subscriptions to the refund price excl. possibly fees.

2.7.
SortKaffe holds subject to reservations for incorrectly prices on the website as well as canceled events.

3.0
Payment

3.1.
Payment can be made using the payment method, which appears at any time in the payment module, and must be made on online payment.

3.2.
Payment will be withdrawn once the registration has been approved. Usually 1-2 business days after approved registration.

3.3.
Certain payments are subject to a payment and / or credit card fee. This will appear in the payment module before accepting the order.

3.4.
The price of the even can be paid with the currency which appears at any time in the payment module.

3.5.
When choosing an invoice, you agree that the order is final and cannot be canceled (the money is not refundable).

3.6
In case of late payment, the organizer reserves the right to cancel access to the conference.

4.0 
Type of debit cards - Price

Danish Issued debit cards 1.75%, Min. 0.60 kr. Per. transaction
Foreign issued debit cards 2.75%, Min. 1.85 kr. Per. transaction
Credit card fee is not refundable upon cancellation.

5.0
Delivery

5.1.
Delivery of the receipt of registration (registration certificate) is made electronically to the e-mail account that has been specified by order delivery.

6.0 Personal data

6.1.
The buyer agrees by purchase/trade through SortKaffe Aps, that SortKaffe Aps stores and saves personal information that is provided subject to the purchase.

6.2.
Personal information such as name, address, phone number, e-mail address etc., is handed over to the organizer who organizes the event that has been purchased. This is done to ensure the conference participant the optimal service, e.g. to communicate changes in the event program or to give relevant information.
6.3.
It is the buyer's responsibility that SortKaffe Aps always has correct contact information so that notification of canceled / changed events can be disclosed to the buyer.

6.4
Personal data will not be shared with 3rd party unless permission is given in the time of registration.

6.5
It is the event organiser’s responsibility to only store and save the data for the time of period that is necessary to execute the event.


7.0
Registration

7.1.
The registration certificate serves as an admission ticket for the event in question and may not be copied or otherwise attempted to be used repeatedly in order to give more people access to the same event. Violation of this will result in cancellation of the registration and expulsion of all persons who have used / attempted to use the same registration certificate.

7.2.
Conference participant accepts that ID may be provided in the form of a driving license, passport or other valid person ID, same with the registration certificate to access an event.

8.0
Cancellation due to regrets

8.1.
In accordance with the “Act on Certain Consumer Contracts, § 17 sub-section 2 cf. § 9 sub-section 2 item 2a” the purchase of tickets/registration certificate is not subject to the right to withdraw according to the Danish Consumer Protection Act.

9.0 Complaint

9.1.
Complaints regarding an event must be addressed directly to the responsible organizer.

9.2.
Complaints regarding the purchase/payment of registration must always be addressed directly to SortKaffe Aps

10.0
Cancellation

10.1.
In case of illness, force majeure etc., a new event date will be attempted to be arranged, where purchased registration certificates will be applicable. Registration certificates are not refundable as long as an event can be moved with the same setup to another date.

10.2.
In case of cancellation of an event, the basic price of the registration certificate is refunded excl. possibly fees.
10.3.
Change in date, partial implementation of events, events not completed according to the arrangement description etc. are not considered canceled.

10.4.
Registration fees, delivery fees, card fees is not refundable.

10.5.
SortKaffe Aps is not liable towards the customer in the case of the event organizer's bankruptcy, suspension of payments, cancellations of events or any other deficiencies or complaints raised about an event. All inquiries in that regard should be directed at the event organizer.

11.0
Changes

11.1.
The event organizer reserves the right to change the date and time of an event without this being considered a breach of any cancellation of the arrangement in question.

12.0
Loss

12.1.
Sortkaffe Aps cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect loss due to events that are only partially - or not at all - completed.
